DermaSaver DermaWrap is a roll of single layer of MicroSpring textile. DermaWrap is 12.5 cm (5 inches) wide and 300 cm (10 ft.) long. It can be cut to desired length and secured by self adhesive tape, safety pin or other safe and appropriate methods.

DermaWrap provides a flexible and even compression wrap that allows the bandaged area to be protected, whilst the skin is able to breathe.

DermaWrap is fully washable, hygienic and durable.
